This trio work was instigated by the harpist Melissa Achten, who secured a commission for the piece from the American Harp Society.
The piece is based on the wonderful book by the same name, but Annalee Newitz, and sets out a plan for surviving species extinction.
The piece is slated for a premiere in 2024.
