PROGRAM NOTES
The songs in this collection were written between 2004-2010 for the group TBQ (The Tom Baker Quartet). Many are found on the groups two CDs released on Present Sounds Recordings (see the link above). These tunes, though composed, were conceived through many hours of improvisation and rehearsing, trial and error. The entire ensemble is responsible for bringing these pieces into existence.
